In Colorado there are tons of Mexican markets, and most feature an average to above average carnicería. This is The Best carne asada in Colorado. Not even close. The marinade is excellent, complete with cilantro, oranges, and white onions. This place is expensive, but Mexican markets typically are. Around $7.99 per lb for carne, desmillo preparada. Well worth it. It's a must-go staple of Colorado!!!
